Director of Client Services
The Director of Client Services will lead a portion of our Client Services Team. The Director will work closely with the client services team to ensure that we understand internal and external client needs, deliver world class service and delivery of the services/products to the client. The position is responsible for the deliverables provided to clients and for retaining, growing existing relationships and adoption of additional services. In addition, this position will oversee people and processes involved in implementation and support of services and managing a high performing team during a high growth period. Learn more
Project Manager I
This position is responsible for planning, initiating, and managing projects and processes. Serve as liaison between business units and project and product teams. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. The project manager uses consultative approaches and best practices in working with teams to assess requirements, develop custom strategies and then manage resources. The project manager creates, documents and communicates project plans and processes; effectively coordinates resources, monitors progress and intervenes as necessary to ensure the quality, schedule, budget and other requirements are met.
