Mental Health
Mental health struggles touch us all in some way at some time in our lives. Aduro Coaches can provide personalized and confidential support to help you build resilience, change patterns, drive change, and overcome obstacles as you work towards your goals. * You can connect with a coach 1:1 free of charge by scheduling through your platform, or you can email us with questions at [email protected].
If you think you could benefit from professional mental health support, please reach out to a licensed mental health clinician and/or check with your Human Resource Department to confidentially inquire about if you have an Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) can also help you find local support. You can find this resource online here or by calling 1-800-950-NAMI.
If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support 24/7 and can be reached by calling 1-800-273-8255. If you do not think you can keep yourself or others safe, or are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
* As with all Aduro coaching services, Aduro’s mental health coaching does not provide counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medication support.

Physical Activity
You know your body best. We will present opportunities to add activities and new things to try. We invite you to only add to your exercise routine if it serves you, your body, and your goals.
Most people benefit from exercise. But people with certain health conditions, including those with cardiovascular (heart), renal (kidney), or a metabolic condition (like diabetes), and individuals who are pregnant or unsure of their health status, should consider talking to their doctor before starting any new exercise regimen.
If you experience any concerns about your health during your participation in this program, stop right away and contact your doctor.
