If we create awareness around your thinking patterns, you can start to recognize the meaning you make of them, creating a connection around how those thoughts determine how you’re feeling.
This workshop will deepen your self-awareness around your unwanted thoughts and walk you through how to challenge and break free of the unhelpful patterns, giving you a sense of control and leaving you feeling better.
