Dr. Toni Best is the Chief Human Performance Officer and founder at Aduro, a Human Performance company that promotes well-being in corporate workplaces. She holds a B.S. in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and is a Certified Intrinsic Coach and Valuation Specialist with more than 15 years of teaching and coaching experience. Toni drives Human Performance program development, transformative habit change, leadership training, talent development, and company culture initiatives at Aduro, focusing on enlivening the workplace and maximizing individual and team performance.
Maddison Bezdicek is a Health Strategies Practice Leader at Hylant, one of the largest privately-owned insurance brokerages in the U.S. offering risk management services, employee benefits consultation, wellness strategy, and healthcare management. Maddison helps organizations create workplaces that truly support and care for employees so that they can create a workplace environment where people want to work and then go home fulfilled each day. She has a Master of Science degree in Health, Physical Activity, & Chronic Disease and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Joshua Templeton, Chief Growth Officer at Aduro, is responsible for the growth and direction of Aduro. Josh has been a part of several dynamic companies, ADP, Cvent, and Workhuman in his professional career serving in several roles directly tied to sales and client management. What excites him the most about Aduro is that he gets to be a part of an organization that is truly impacting people’s lives while driving organizations to tap into their people’s amazing potential. Josh, his wife Katie, and their four children originally hail from Baltimore, Maryland but now call Portland, Oregon home.
