ADURO Makes Inc. 5000 for Third Year in a Row

CEO of ADURO, Darren White‘s Response to Making the Inc. 5000 List

At ADURO, a large part of our work is at the organizational level—but ultimately, our success really comes down to individuals. That includes our own team, but also the business leaders across the country who choose to partner with us, as well as their employees who take part in our Human Performance Paths & Coaching. So, as we celebrate ADURO being named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the third year in a row, we’re celebrating more than just our people.

We’re celebrating the customers who made a commitment to the well-being of their employees—and the strength of their organization.

We’re celebrating the people who took part in WellMetrics® screenings, the Revive® program, personal coaching, or any number of our other Human Performance tools and resources.

We’re celebrating everyone who has contributed to creating an environment in which helping individuals build stronger lives isn’t just a “nice-to-have” option, but a necessity.

Those groups each play a key role in our success—and our growth, which at 181% landed us at No. 2,391 on the Inc. 5000 list.

Of course, I’m filled with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude for everyone at ADURO, too. Each year it gets harder to stay on this prestigious list; without our team’s unwavering commitment to innovating and providing value, we wouldn’t be where we are today. And I can’t wait to see where we’re headed tomorrow. If you know ADURO, you already know that our Human Performance approach stems from the fact that well-being is about more than health—it’s about how each core component of your life impacts the others, and that improving one helps strengthen them all.

This notion applies to our business, too. It’s bigger than any one person, any one team, any one idea. It takes a combination of our people, our clients, our tools and the individuals who use them to make it all work at its best.

Thanks for being a part of that combination.

Darren White, CEO of ADURO
