Unlocking Mental Health at Work: A Training Series for People Leaders

Designed to empower people leaders with information, tools, and coaching to promote the mental health of your team members.

Even in the most uncertain of times, the role of a manager remains the same – to support your team members. And now, more than ever before, it is essential for this to include supporting their mental health.

We know that as soon as you open up the conversation with your team members, you need to feel prepared for how to respond. And many leaders do not. Instead of avoiding the conversation, this series has been developed to empower you to lean into it: create a safe environment for employees to share, prepare you with the questions to ask, and help build your confidence around coaching your employees through difficult times.

Did you know?

  • 78% of adults say the Coronavirus pandemic is a significant source of stress in their life. (American Psychological Association 2020)
  • 56% of workers have increased anxiety. (Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, 2020)
  • Poor mental health and stress can negatively impact employee job performance, productivity, and engagement. (CDC 2019)
  • Only 20% of employees say they are completely comfortable discussing their mental health at work. (APA 2019)

Just like it’s important for your team members know they are not alone, it’s equally important that you, as a people leader, know you are not alone either.

We invite you to join Unlocking Mental Health at Work, a training designed to empower people leaders like you in this workshop-style training series. You will walk away with information, tools, coaching, and the confidence to promote the mental health of your team members.
